These terms govern use of NoteBro, an AI-assisted tool that helps clinicians create draft chart summaries from visible EHR information.
Clinician Review Required
NoteBro is a documentation support tool. It does not provide medical advice, make clinical decisions, diagnose patients, or replace professional judgment. All output must be reviewed, edited, and approved by a qualified clinician before use.
Authorized Use
Users may use NoteBro only for lawful, authorized clinical or operational workflows and only with information they are permitted to access and process.
Accuracy
AI-generated drafts may be incomplete, inaccurate, or omit visible details. Users are responsible for comparing output against the source chart and correcting the final note.
Privacy and Compliance
Users must follow applicable privacy, security, institutional, and professional requirements, including restrictions on protected health information and patient data.
Availability
NoteBro may be updated, limited, interrupted, or discontinued. It should not be used as the sole system of record or as the only source for clinical documentation.
